The IC of Hungary celebrates its 30th anniversary

The IC of Hungary held its 30th anniversary event at the National Tennis Centre in Budapest on 9-10 June 2025. Around 20 enthusiastic IC players from the US, Canada, Germany and Hungary enjoyed participating in some great mixed doubles and doubles matches at a wonderful venue and in a happy and joyful atmosphere.

The tournament was opened by Hungarian tennis legend and Grand Slam Champion Andrea Temesvari (President of the IC Hungary) and by former WTA player Petra Schmitt (Secretary of the Hungarian Tennis Association). The organizers, Éva Szerencses (Honorary Secretary), Krisztián Káplán (Tournament Director) and and Tamas Bibok (Vice President) welcomed the players and announced the tournament format.

After the full day of tennis, a group of 30 people enjoyed a spectacular Danube river cruise with dinner on board.
